Placing a bulk order requires a deposit. Once a deposit is received, we will contact to schedule a harvest date. NO dates are guaranteed without a deposit. Final price is per pound of finished meat (cut, wrapped, harvest included). Estimated pounds per bulk order are below.

This is a great way to stock up and save! You’ll enjoy popular cuts like our Ribeye, as well as discover new favorites such as Osso Bucco. A typical beef yields approximately 50% ground beef, 25% steaks, and 25% roasts. When ordering a half or whole beef, you can customize how your meat is cut—including steak thickness, choice of offal and roast weights. We’re also happy to suggest some unique, often-overlooked cuts for you to try.
All our beef is processed at a USDA inspected plant
As a small ranch that does not mass produce, please allow a minimum of 3 weeks for delivery after the harvest date.
Approx. Pounds are finished and vacuum-sealed; no additional fees, but Idaho Tax Applies.
The weight of a whole beef is 400-500 lbs of meat; $10.45 per pound
The weight of half of beef is 200-275 lbs of meat; $10.45 per pound
The weight of a quarter of beef is 125-150 lbs of meat; set standard cut of front and back mix cuts; $10.50 per pound
Final payment due at time of pick up or delivery.
