We are currently booking harvest dates for August 2026 and forward. Please note that we do not mass produce; availability is limited, and harvest dates must be booked at least one month in advance.
Ordering and Pricing Details
- Deposit: A deposit is required to secure a bulk order. Harvest dates are only guaranteed once a deposit is received, after which we will contact you to schedule your date.
- Pricing: The final price is $12.00 per pound of finished meat (Idaho tax applies). This price includes the harvest, cutting, and vacuum-sealing. Final payment is due at the time of pick-up or delivery.
- Timeline: Please allow a minimum of three weeks for delivery following the harvest date.
Bulk Order Estimates (Finished Weight)
- Whole Beef: 400–500 lbs.
- Half Beef: 200–275 lbs.
- Quarter Beef: 125–150 lbs (consists of a standard mix of front and back cuts).
Customization and Quality
All beef is processed at a USDA-inspected plant. A typical yield consists of approximately 50% ground beef, 25% steaks, and 25% roasts.
- Whole and Half Orders: You may customize steak thickness, roast weights, and offal selections.
- Included Options: Heart, liver, kidney, oxtail, bones, and fat are available upon request.
